The U.S.-European Congressional Staff Association was a bicameral and bipartisan organization founded by Nathan Silverstein in April 2025. The organization’s mission was to strengthen transatlantic relations by promoting the common values that united the U.S. and Europe, namely democracy, rule of law, collective defense, and free markets. The Association carried out its mission by hosting speaking events on Capitol Hill with top American and European statesmen and officials.
